In principle, the personal information of the information subject is destroyed without delay after the purpose of collection and use of personal information is achieved. However, personal information is processed/retained within the 'Company' internal policy or the personal information retention/use period agreed upon when collecting personal information from the information subject, and within the provisions of relevant laws and regulations. Information that needs to be preserved for a certain period of time is preserved for the following reasons.

5. Procedure and method of destruction of personal information

6. Rights of information subjects and legal representatives and how to exercise them  

Information subjects can inquire or modify their registered personal information at any time and request deletion.

If the information subject requests correction or deletion of personal information, the company will not use or provide the personal information until the correction or deletion is completed. 

Rights can be exercised through an agent such as a legal representative of the information subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with Form 11 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Personal Information Protection Act.
